Performance Online's 1963-70 Chevy and GMC truck High Performance tie rod adjusting sleeves are designed for those wanting to convert to disc brakes using 1971-87 disc brake spindles. Our adjusting sleeves also strengthen the steering assembly and make alignment setting a snap. A great way to improve the strength of your steering system and add a high tech look. Our tie rod sleeves come with jam nuts instead of clamps to eliminate adjustment variations due to slippage.

These sleeves are the correct components to adapt the 5/8"-18 tie rod end to the later model 11/16"-18 tie rod end. Requires use of existing OE drum brake outer tie rod end to be used as inner tie rod end and, use of the appropriate year disc brake outer tie rod end. 1963-64 models require use of 65-70 outer tie rod end as inner tie rod end.
